Altimeter and safety companion for the Himalaya

A trekking companion with a barometric altimeter, trek planner, emergency SOS signalling, altitude-sickness alerts, and weather — built for terrain where connectivity is a luxury.

The problem

Above 4,000 m the network drops out exactly when safety information matters most. TrekGuard reads altitude from the barometer, not the tower, so tracking and alerts keep working at zero bars.

Analytics setup is the same boilerplate copied between projects, each time slightly wrong. This packages it into a declarative config with no dependencies.
